Retreat Highlights

Nestled in the beautiful Osage hills just north of Tulsa, Post Oak Lodge provides a quiet place to escape the busyness of life. Our indoor meeting space is full of light and provides a comfortable place to try new techniques for being, speaking, and learning.

We will provide chef-made meals including Friday lunch, dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Sunday breakfast and plenty of snacks.

Since all women should have a room of one’s own, you’ll be provided a recently renovated hotel-quality room to yourself with a Queen bed.  (Double rooms are available for the budget-conscious in rustic cabins).

We will tap into creativity on a deeper level with Creative Fire Ceremony – connecting you to your deeper truth.

We’re planning plenty of fun as well.

During the day, we will use experiential learning activities, group work, and individual work sessions to learn how to be focused and present, discover the power in our stories, gather knowledge to reflect on where we are going and use winning storytelling techniques for ourselves and our clients. We will deep dive into discovering personal power using powerful storytelling. You will walk away knowing yourself on a deeper level and feeling empowered to tell your clients’ stories in and out of the courtroom.

You’ll take home guided practice and reflection exercises, daily mindset practices, recordings of guided meditations, and written materials about power and persuasion for future reference. You’ll also be provided exclusive access to an online private community to provide you continuing connection, support and sharing.
