While I’ve heard this phrase since I was a toddler, it takes full on adulting to understand just how helpful it is to count your blessings. Today, on Thanksgiving, we are reminded that gratitude requires work. When you encounter something (or someone) who rubs you the wrong way, take a deep breath. Human relations are messy things especially when you put all kinds of different people in the same space and say – but you’re family, you’re supposed to love each other! Love is work. Take the time today to do the work. It’s worth it. Being grateful makes the world a magical place.
All of us at Koller Trial Law wish you and your friends and family a Happy Thanksgiving!
